YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Dissolution of Marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Petitioner's attorney, PAUL P. PACCHIANA, whose address is 5621 Strand Blvd, Suite 210, Naples, FL 34110, on or before May 31, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Ste. 102, Naples, FL 34112-5324, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The above referenced action involves the distribution of marital assets acquired by the Husband and Wife during their marriage. One asset within the jurisdiction of the Court is the marital home located at 660 3rd Street N. Naples, FL 34102. The property description is:
Lot 12, Block C, Ridgeview Lakes, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 103, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A second marital asset under the jurisdiction of the Court in this matter is the property located at 975 Palm View Dr. Apt. 202, Naples, FL 34110. The property description is:
Apartment No. A-202, of Wedgmont, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 594, page 1487 through 1540, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER .
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. (You may file Notice of Current Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915.) Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
