NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001034, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-AR4 TRUST is the Plaintiff and NINA T LE, THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND C/O PRESIDENT, VP OR ANY OTHER OFFICER AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT SERVICE R.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NINA T LE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
