Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 22, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 3537, BUILDING 35, OF TERRACE V AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3246, PAGE 1547, AMENDED BY AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3331, PAGE 56 ADDING BUILDING 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3760 SAWGRASS WAY APT 3537, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on May 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
