NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA4028 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST 2005-S001, is Plaintiff, and DON G. JOHNSON A/K/A DON JOHNSON A/K/A DON GARRETT JOHNSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the lobby, 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF TRACT 110, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 95 AND 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
