NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 23, 2008, entered in Civil Case No.: 11 2008 CA 001736, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11, is Plaintiff, and AURELIO POZO A/K/A AURELIO B. POZO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AURELIO POZO A/K/A AURELIO B. POZO; BANK OF AMERICA are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 203, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
