NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will, not before 60 days from the date of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, on the 13 day of May, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled action on March 12, 2013, the following described property in Collier County, Florida:

Note: The term “Debtor” shall mean Defendant J.B. ALVA, INC.
All of Debtor's right, title and interest in and to the following described land (the “Real Property”), and the buildings. structures, fixtures and other improvements now or hereafter located thereon:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 104, Naples Boat Club Building Three, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3026, pages 199-286, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim on same with the Clerk of the Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
