NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-012510 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and CORY STEVEN DANIEL; REBECCA GEBHARDT AKA REBECCA L DANIEL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
