NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-008724, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-F UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006is Plaintiff and JOHN T. GILLESPIE; DONNA M. GILLESPIE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MONTEREY MASTER OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex., at Civil Department, in Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 73, VILLAGES OF MONTEREY AT WOODBRIDGE, UNIT ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 10 THROUGH 15 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
