Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 12, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 6105, PHASE II, MEADOWCROFT SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATIONOF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1019, PAGE 1489, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 96 THRU 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1021, PAGE 294, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1047, PAGE 3189, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1047, PAGE 3199, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 56 THRU 61 AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 70 THRU 72, OF SAID RECORDS, TOGETHER WITH THE RESPECTIVE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO APPURTAINING.
