NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005216 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Danh Cong Dinh a/k/a Danh C. Dinh and Yen Le, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 78, OF HIGHLAND RIDGE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 55 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
