NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-005488 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PACIANO GUADALUPE; FELIPE GUADALUPE OCHOA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FELIPE GUADALUPE OCHOA N/K/A JULIA GUADALUPE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
