NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-005771 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and TAYLOR GARLAND; RIVER OAKS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 402-A, OF RIVER OAKS APARTMENTS, SECTION A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 599, PAGES 380 THROUGH 471, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 93 THROUGH 97, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
