Brooks, Teresita Brooks, Lake Club Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
