NOTICE is hereby given that the Plaintiff, Sonoma Investments, LLC, the undersigned, will on May 16, 2013, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to Sarasota County Clerk of Court.
Malaga Avenue, North Port Florida, Sarasota County, with a parcel Id no. of 0769-05-0015, Florida, which is more fully described as follows: LOTS 1 2 3 & 4 BLK C WARM MINERAL SPRINGS UNIT 54 as per thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 90 of the public records of Sarasota County Florida.
pursuant to the Final Default Judgment in Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
