NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and AUDREY P. HOLMBERG A/K/A AUDREY F. KESSLER A/K/A AUDREY KESSLER A/K/A AUDREY HOLMBERG; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SARASOTA COUNTY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
