COLON A/K/A GLORIA COLON; JOHN A. COLON; DOLPHIN TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cashat WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 9B, DOLPHIN TOWER, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1055, PAGES 265-387 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
