NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 15, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2007-CA-013538SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee of WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR41, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and ROBIN L. MILLER, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE PROVISION OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 9, 2006, KNOWN AS THE ESTATES DRIVE LAND TRUST; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATES DRIVE LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 9, 2006; RALPH R. LOOSMAN; LINDA W. LOOSMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NATIONAL CITY BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHARLIE OXX are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 05/20/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
