NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012 in the above action, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota, Florida, on May 20, 2013, at 9:00 am, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 33016, UNIT 33, VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 36, 36A TO 36F INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
