NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-013466-SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2005-HE41, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and REBECCA MURRAY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISTINA MURRAY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JONATHAN MURRAY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
