NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15 , 2013, and entered in Case No. of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-11T1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11T1 is the Plaintiff and , DONALD NINEand DONALD NINE are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 21ST day of MAY , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 702, SUNSET TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DACLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1380, PAGE 1411, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
