MARTIN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA MARTIN; FIRST STATE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
