Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence North 89º02'55” West, along the North line of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 2601.23 feet; thence South 01º05'15” West, a distance of 2393.53 feet; thence South 89º19'55” East, a distance of 227.57 feet to the P.C. of a curve having a central angle of 02º02'41”, a radius of 2263.03 feet, a tangent distance of 40.38 feet, a chord bearing and distance of South 88º18'35” East, 80.76 feet; thence along the arc of said curve a distance of 80.76 feet to the Point of Beginning and the P.C. of a curve having a central angle of 02º55'08”, a radius of 2263.03 feet, a tangent distance of 57.66 feet, a chord bearing and distance of South 85º49'40” East, 115.28 feet; thence along the arc of said curve a distance of 115.29 feet; thence South 05º37'54” West, a distance of 300.0 feet to the P.C. of a curve having a central angle of 02º55'08”, a radius of 1963.03 feet, a tangent of 50.01 feet, a chord bearing and distance of North 85º49'40” West, 99.99 feet; thence along the arc of said curve a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 02º42'46” East, a distance of 300.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
