YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MILL RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 18, Block “E”, MILL RUN PHASE THREE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 39-40, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4601 Rowe Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34653.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before May 28, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
