NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, entered in the above styled cause, that on May 20, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., in an on-line sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, PAULA S. O'NEIL as Clerk of the Court, will offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The North 335.00 feet of the South 665.00 feet of the South 7/8 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; and the East 50.00 feet of the South 7/8 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4. Excluding the South 665.00 feet; All in Section 31, Township 24 South, Range 22 East, Pasco County, Florida.
Together with an ingress-egress Easement over the North 50.00 feet of the West 50.00 feet of the South 7/8 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; and the West 50.00 feet of the North 1/8 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 in Section 31, Township 24 South, Range 22 East; and the West 50.00 feet of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 South of River Road in Section 30, Township 24 South, Range 22 East, Pasco County, Florida.
