Final Judgment was filed on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-052812, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and CHAD R. BARTO; ERIN D. BARTO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSETMS, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash Begining 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 26, UNIT 7, SECTION 23, TWP 44S RGE 27E, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
