Final Judgment was filed on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-051408, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON CSFB 2005-11, is the Plaintiff, and BIENVENIDO CARABALLO; FRANCIS YOLANDA LOPEZ are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 40, UNIT 10, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 254, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
