Final Judgment was filed on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-053199, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9, is the Plaintiff, and JULIE BECK AKA JULIE EATON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIE BECK AKA JULIE EATON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS COOK are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 42, UNIT 7, LEELAND HEIGHTS, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
