ALLEN A/K/A F.A. ALLEN; TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CSJ OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA; TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.

SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDMINIUM DECLARATION, AND AS MAY BE AMENDED
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
