NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was filed on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-053008, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and LISA L. VAZQUEZ; PATRICIA A. HARRELL; STONEYBROOK, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY; PINECREST 1 AT STONEYBROOK ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KAREN SMITH are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 15 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 416, BUILDING 4, PINECREST 1 AT STONEYBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3247, PAGE 4852, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
