The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, LEE County, Florida, and is styled BEL-AIR BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida corporation, not-for-profit v. WAYNE SHACKELFORD and PEGGY SHACKELFORD, individually and as Husband and Wife.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on PETE DORAGH, Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 1705 Colonial Blvd., Ste.
