Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 16, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-57601 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of May, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 2, COLLEGE TRADE CENTER, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 62 and 63, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
