IWANIEC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI J. IWANIEC are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 15, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 1823, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
