Final Judgment was filed on April 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-053309, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, carl r. weddle are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 15, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 11, block 8, unit 2, section 23, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, page 1 through 101, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
