Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 16th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CC-4830 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PLAZA 47 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS S. MARTIN, JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS S. MARTIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16th day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 6 and an undivided 1/9 share in the common elements appurtenant thereto of Plaza 47 a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1146, Pages 1692-1732 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
