WOOD, Husband and Wife, IF LIVING, AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THOMAS A. WOOD and STACY L. WOOD; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17th day of April, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CC-005416 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRY OAKS LOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS A. WOOD and STACY L. WOOD are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17th day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 52, COUNTRY OAKS SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 5 through 9 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
