EST on the 20th day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 34, UNIT 9, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP, 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 18, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
