including any unknown spouse of the Defendant, if remarried and if said Defendant is dead, his/her respective unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lien holders, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown named Defendant as may be infants, incompetents, or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
Unit Number 101, Building Number V, Partridge Place Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1488, Pages 372-411 inclusive, and the Condominium Survey recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 22-24 inclusive, and the Amendment to said Declaration recorded in Official Record Book 1500, Pages 1272-1277 inclusive, and the Second Amendment to said Declaration recorded in Official Record Book 1510, Pages 256-262 inclusive, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances therein.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., LPA, whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
