NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-057053, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and LUIS M MARTINEZ PINILLO A/K/A LUIS M MARTINEZ PINILLA, KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUNCOAST CUSTOM POOLS, YUDISEL MANCHA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 27, UNIT 7, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
