NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed APR 19 2013 in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 20th day of May, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 11 and 12 in Block 241 of Cape Coral Unit 10, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 25 thru 31 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
