NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-052221 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on the 20th day of May, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 20, Block 16, Unit 3, Section 28, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, Florida, according to the map or plat on file in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 54, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
