NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed APR 19 2013 and entered in 2012-CA-055581 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-FA1, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and JOHN SAWYER A/K/A JOHN P. SAWYER; ROANNE SAWYER A/K/A ROANNE C. SAWYER; EAGLE RIDGE LAKES III, INC.; EAGLE RIDGE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CORNERSTONE HOME MORTGAGE CORP. DBA MHI MORTGAGE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on May 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 201, building no. 31, eagle ridge lakes iii, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, recorded in official records book 3533, page 2953, as subsequently amended, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
