NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-053831, Division: G, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DEANNA CROSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEANNA CROSS; FIA CARD SERVICES NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AKA FIA CARD SERVICES N.A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 13TH day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 2795, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 40, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81 TO 97 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 2421 NORTHWEST 3RD PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33993.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
