Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16th day of April, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-064136, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for the Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 17 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 59, UNIT 11, SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 12, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
