NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-056496 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2005-31, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-31, is the Plaintiff and Richard H. Bigelow; Unknown Spouse of Richard H. Bigelow; Bellavista at Miromar Lakes Condominium Association, Inc. ; Miromar Lakes Master Association, Inc.; The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-J are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1204, BELLAVISTA AT MIROMAR LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4020, PAGES 4357 THROUGH 4456 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
