Koenig a/k/a Heather Koenig are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on May 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 61-4, PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NEW SOUTH PROVINCE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 947, PAGE 714, ET SEQ., RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 979, PAGE 848, AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3225, PAGE 4418, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AS AMENDED, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
