NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
Estero Island Beach Club
Pursuant to Section 721.855, Florida Statutes, on May 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., Ronald S. Urkovich, P.A., 11595 Kelly Road, Suite 203, Fort Myers, FL 33908, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on February 10, 2012, in Instrument Number 2012000030022, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded in Instrument Number (See Exhibit “A”), of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), by Certified/Registered Mail or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, on the front steps of the Office of the Trustee, 11595 Kelly Road, Suite 203, Fort Myers, FL 33908, all right, title and interest in the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as: (See Exhibit “A”) Time Share Interest(s) (See Exhibit “A”) according to the Declaration of Condominium for Estero Island Beach Club, recorded in Official Records Book 1511, at Page 1733, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the unpaid assessments due in the amount of (See Exhibit “A”), with interest accruing at the rate of (See Exhibit “A”) per day, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium, advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Claim of Lien. Obligor(s) shall have the right to cure the default and any junior interestholder shall have the right to redeem its interest up to the date the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by paying the amounts due as outlined in the preceding paragraph.
