NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.2008-CA-003834- DIV K of the Circuit Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on the 31ST day of MAY, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, RAINBOW COURT SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
