NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-008264, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and RONALD JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD JOHNSON; ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORP.; GREAT SENECA FINANCIAL CORP.; CARLINE PAJOTTE; KIMBERLY JOHNSON; TRACY N. ROBINSON; EMBRIA R. RIVERS; LATASHA G. TOWNSEND: STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; BELAWI, LLC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 10th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING ON WEST, OF WILMA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 8320 NORTH BOULEVARD, TAMPA, FL 33604.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
