NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-008871 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH C. NODLAND A/K/A ELIZABETH NODLAND, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 10, Marjory B. and W.E. Hamner's Florlland Subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 30, Page, 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
