NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-021905 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and VIOLA M. YOUNG; THOMAS G. YOUNG; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 N/K/A ERNEST TAYLOR SON; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 N/K/A FRED LORENTEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MICHAEL NEVELS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHERYL NEVELS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
